Day 4: Workout, 10 mins run + strength exercises

Haven't posted anything for a while here. Well, I got busy and also hospitalized due to hyperacidity/acid peptic disease. I have to go away now with coffee, alcohol, teas and skipping meals.  I also stopped working out for quite some time to rest. But then, my body feels weird stopping exercise for too long.  So, it's my 5th day after I started exercising again. Basically just some runs this week and few strength exercises. Burned calories no more than 200 kcal. Just to have some activity. I'll try my fave plank workout again by Emi, probably the coming week. Also, I discovered working out is really an effective way to divert attention when you're feeling all kinds of negativity. It helped today, it might also help tomorrow. And it might also help you! I have read quite a few books now how important exercise is, including its benefits. I hope by journaling it here, I can stick to having a fitness routine everyday. Even just a bit to get that body moving.  It...
